Regional transit hub gets closer to reality

Regional agency negotiating for northeast Bend building as a future transportation depot says deal may come this week

Plans for a new regional transit center that would connect local bus lines, shuttles, taxis and other modes of transportation are moving closer to reality, as the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council negotiates the purchase of a building in northeast Bend.
