Where in the blue blazes is this state coming from, anyhow?
An Oregon Liquor Commission ruling that business owners are liable for their workers’ criminal acts when off duty, whether they know about it or not? Boy, did they open a can of worms.
Reading in The Bulletin on Aug. 22, this is the way....
