Reality and fantasy intersect in Cat Call's first show

In the musical “Cabaret,” which plays through Sept. 26 at the Tower Theatre (see “If you go”), there seems to be two, coexistent worlds: reality and fantasy. The tricky thing is the two worlds can't really be separated, even if we — and the characters inhabiting the worlds — want them to be.
