EUGENE — Charges have been filed against a cab driver accused of selling cocaine from his vehicle.
Eugene police spokeswoman Melinda Kletzok says narcotics detectives saw a woman get into a cab driven by Darrel Moats on Wednesday night and witnessed them make a transaction.
