Former Mountain View coach Clyde Powell returns to Central Oregon to coach Madras

Clyde Powell is back on the sidelines in Central Oregon.

Powell coached the football team at Bend's Mountain View High from the program's inception in 1978 to 1993, a run that concluded with a 97-85 record and featured seven state playoff appearances.
