EUGENE " Eugene police are investigating the stabbing death of a homeless man.

A homeless woman found the body of James David Pelfrey, 36, on Tuesday near the basketball courts at Washington-Jefferson Park.

The homicide is the third in Eugene this year, all involving the deaths of homeless....
