SALEM " Andy Rodby, a 17-year-old Redmond golfer, won the Salem City Junior Championship at Illahe Hills Country Club last week.

Rodby fired a 6-over-par 78-72"150 for the win.

The win qualifies Rodby for the OGA Junior Tournament of Champions in October at Eugene Country....
