Precedent may be set as judge upholds liquor agency decision to suspend Madras shop’s license

An Oregon Liquor Control Commission ruling that business owners are liable for their workers' criminal acts " whether they know about them or not " may also include the conduct of off-duty employees, according to a decision handed down this week.
