PORTLAND " Clackamas County authorities arrested a martial arts instructor accused of sexually abusing two male students.

Sheriff's Detective Jim Stro-vink says 37-year-old William "Brent" Mullens, of Milwaukie, was arrested at home Thursday and jailed on charges of sex abuse.....
