BERLIN " Former University of Oregon star Galen Rupp finished eighth in the men's 10,000 meters at the World Track & Field Championships in Berlin.

Rupp finished Monday's race in 27 minutes, 37.99 seconds. It was his season-best, but still 51 seconds behind the winner, Kenenisa Bekele.....
