Bend man sues canine trainer, says her off-leash dog bit him

Blue heeler had nipped and bitten people before, the complaint says

A Bend man has sued a local dog trainer and self-described canine behaviorist for $45,000, alleging her off-leash blue heeler bit him in the hand, leaving him with "severe injuries."
