Bend’s Horner finishes 2nd overall at Tour de l’Ain

Saint-Genis-Pouilly, France " Rein Taaramae of Cofidis won the final stage of the four-day Tour de l' Ain in France on Wednesday, bumping Bend's Chris Horner to second overall.

Horner had a 22-second lead on Taaramae at the start of the 128.2-kilometer fourth stage but finished 37 seconds....
