TRENTON, N.J. " Drugmaker Wyeth said Tuesday that U.S approval of a much-anticipated, improved version of its blockbuster children's vaccine Prevnar has been delayed.

Wyeth had expected a ruling by Sept. 30 from the Food and Drug Administration on whether it can start selling Prevnar....
