Median home-sales prices ticked up last month in Bend to $217,000, a 3.8 percent improvement over June, but still 24.3 percent below July 2008 and 45.2 percent below the market's peak in May 2007, according to a report released Tuesday by the Bratton Appraisal Group LLC of Bend. Activity....
