Healthy Kids program must work as promised

Oregon's new Healthy Kids program is well-intentioned. Its goal is to ensure every child in Oregon has access to health care. The program should enable the state to extend coverage to about 80,000 more uninsured children.

Politicians are not about selling such an accomplishment short.....
