EUGENE " Court documents say a 28-year-old man accused of murder in Lane County called 911 to report the shooting and then went outside to smoke marijuana.
Jarrod William Pardun is accused of shooting 59-year-old Stephen Thurston after a confrontation July 18 in Creswell.
