EUGENE " Rep. Chris Edwards, a Eugene Democrat, has been selected to fill the Senate seat left by Vicki Walker.

The Lane County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously Wednesday to promote Edwards to the Senate chamber.

Walker left the Senate one member short when she was appointed chair....
