When a 1987 Chevrolet Blazer carrying three Sisters men plunged nearly 70 feet down an embankment on U.S. Forest Service land outside Sisters last November, 21-year-old James Robert Stark was pinned under the car and later found dead.
Gabriel Todd Ellis, 26, has been charged with manslaughter....
