Cooks 'N Counters Kitchen Supply, at 249 N.W. Sixth St., in Redmond, is going out of business. It opened in 2007.
Owner Michelle Elmer mostly blamed the sour economy but also said a drop in traffic due to the opening of the U.S. Highway 97 reroute and then the spring repaving of Sixth Street....
