Study says UVB rays find ways to skin

The Skin Cancer Foundation Journal has issued a sun warning … about shade. An article in the latest edition put out by the nonprofit describes how sitting in the shade or wearing a hat can still result in harmful sun exposure. That’s because UVB rays can reach the skin....
