LEHI, Utah — Former Bend High School standout Natalie Weber last week won the first flight of the 103rd Utah Women’s State Amateur.

Weber, a senior-to-be at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, shot a 17-over-par 227 to win her flight in the 54-hole stroke-play tournament....
