The lightning-caused 24-acre East Fire, on McKay Butte, was contained as of Sunday, according to the Central Oregon Interagency Dispatch Center.
Fire crews contained the fire, northwest of Paulina Lake, at 8 p.m. Saturday. Firefighters remained on the scene to continue mopping up any hot spots.....
