Ervey Dominguez was on duty during trysts with Madras woman

MADRAS — A senior deputy with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office pleaded guilty Monday to a charge stemming from having sex while on duty, often showing up at a Madras woman’s home at 5:30 a.m. while dressed in his uniform and driving a patrol car.
