Addiction recovery program uses three-day event to spread the word about dangers of drugs, alcohol

On Sunday, a corner of the Albertsons parking lot in south Bend was alive with people playing games and enjoying a barbecue.

The event, a carnival of education held by Central Oregon Teen Challenge, drew a wide variety of folks out to test their skills at the ring toss and grab a cold soda.
