Bend junior cyclist qualifies for worlds

Ian Boswell, of Bend, has qualified for the 2009 UCI (International Cycling Union) Junior Road and Track World Championships, slated for Moscow in Russia, Aug. 11-15.

Boswell is one of six riders who make up the U.S. team.
