Walden tries, fails again to ban FCC’s long-defunct fairness rule

WASHINGTON — Congressional Democrats rebuffed an effort Tuesday by U.S. Rep. Greg Walden, R-Hood River, to ban a long-defunct rule seen as targeting conservative talk radio stations.
