KLAMATH FALLS — The Klamath County Sheriff’s Dive Rescue team came to the aid of a 31-year-old man whose sailboat capsized on Upper Klamath Lake.

Strong winds caused the boat to overturn, and the deputies spotted John Howden, of Klamath Falls, clinging to the side Sunday....
