WWII vets from Oregon are honored by France

PORTLAND — Three Oregon veterans of World War II have been honored by France for their military service, at an award ceremony at the Portland Art Museum. A fourth Oregon vet was out of the country for the ceremony but will also receive the Legion of Honor.
