Eateries will fill spots that were recently vacated

Residents of Bend and Redmond will each have new restaurants to choose from in the coming weeks.

Longtime Central Oregon restaurateur Axel Hoch and business partner Mark Perry are planning to open a new steakhouse in Bend’s Mill Quarter district.
