A 24-year-old Bend man who suffered permanent injuries in a drunken driving crash has filed a $7.5 million lawsuit against the driver who hit him and two downtown businesses. Wiley J. Brown’s complaint says Clayton S. Bailey slammed into him as he rode his bike on a northwest Bend road....
