The Kids Splash ’N Dash race — complete with water, obstacle course and a sprint run — will take place at noon July 18 in Bend’s Old Mill District.

This noncompetitive event is for kids ages 3-10 and is slated to complement the 2009 Deschutes Dash Weekend....
