Bend-based company didn’t deliver plane and is insolvent, suit alleges

Rick Schrameck, the CEO of Epic Air, declared in a federal court filing last week that the Bend-based airplane-maker is solvent and expects to stay in business despite cash flow problems and recent layoffs.
