Private investigator says accused wasn’t driving in fatal crash

A private investigator hired by the defense to reconstruct a 2006 rollover crash east of Bend told a jury Tuesday that he believes one of the two young women killed was driving at the time of the accident — not the man on trial for the two deaths.
