Oregon vets may benefit more under new GI Bill

Beginning Aug. 1, military personnel and veterans who served in active duty on or after Sept. 11, 2001, will be eligible for college funding through a new, revamped GI Bill.

And those from Oregon qualify for some of the highest fee waivers in the country, thanks to Central Oregon Community....
