2 lg egg yolks, preferably organic

2 anchovy fillets, minced, or 1 TBS anchovy paste

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 TBS chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp red wine vinegar

1 TBS fresh lemon juice

1 C olive oil
