The Friends of the Bend Library Art Committee invites artists to submit up to two pieces of media and photography for an upcoming exhibit called “Portraits.”

Work should be ready to hang, wire only, with a minimum framed size of 16-by-20 inches. The deadline to submit is Aug.....
