Portlander leads at Mirror Pond Invitational

Two Central Oregon senior golfers are chasing a former University of Oregon golfer after the first round of the Mirror Pond Invitational.

Matt Jacobsen, a 23-year-old from Portland, shot a 2-under-par 70 Saturday to take the first-round lead at the 36-hole stroke-play amateur tournament.
