McMINNVILLE — A Mc-Minnville woman has pleaded guilty to animal abuse after she dragged a small dog on a leash behind her car as punishment.

McMinnville police responding to several 911 calls found 67-year-old Ida Grace Mauser dragging the dog behind her car.
