Man ‘justified’ in killing of stepson

A Redmond man who shot and killed his stepson in a domestic dispute in March was justified in using deadly physical force, the Deschutes County District Attorney’s Office has ruled.

On March 8, Christopher Hamm, 43, was shot once in the chest by his stepfather, Larry Henderson.....
