MEDFORD — A Talent man accused of suffocating a litter of five mixed-breed puppies in plastic bags has pleaded guilty and been sentenced to 40 days in jail.
Prosecutors said Wednesday that Robert Fullmer, 54, had already been in jail 35 days, so his sentence will soon be up.
