Bend’s Semick set to run 100K race

Kami Semick, of Bend, leads Team USA in the 23rd International Association of Ultrarunners 100-kilometer World Cup today in Torhout, Belgium.

Last year, in Tarquinia, Italy, Semick won an individual silver medal in the 100K World Cup and led the United States to a Team Silver Medal.
