Jack, the cocker spaniel who killed the neighbor’s chickens, received a stiff penalty Tuesday night — he’ll remain in custody until his owner moves or agrees to put him up for adoption.

Bella, a Great Dane who killed a turkey and a goat, got a lighter sentence.....
