Residents raise red flag over safety along Skyliners Road

Sporting events are endangering cyclists, drivers, neighbors say

Residents who live along narrow, winding Skyliners Road west of Bend have shared the road with cyclists and other sporting event participants for years. But as the events have increased, so has concern about safety for drivers and cyclists.
