Marijuana plants seized in traffic stop

Oregon State Police arrested a man driving with 185 small marijuana plants in his vehicle on Friday, according to a news release from OSP.

Rigoberto Garcia-Cardenas, 42, from Pasco, Wash., was pulled over around 2:54 p.m. a short distance south of Bend on U.S. Highway 97 for a traffic violation.....
