More service cuts for Portland’s mass transit

PORTLAND — The Portland metropolitan transit agency TriMet plans a second round of service cuts this year.

Bus routes were cut and MAX light rail service decreased in controversial cuts finalized just two weeks ago. Those cuts take effect in September.
