McMINNVILLE — An Oregon man indicted on rape and sex abuse charges has been arrested in Michigan.

The McMinnville News-Register reported that Damien Andrew Springer, of Amity, was arrested by U.S. marshals Friday afternoon in Grand Rapids, Mich.
