U.S. Bank suit against Sawyers alleges loan of $1M wasn’t repaid

U.S. Bank has filed a lawsuit against Bend real estate investors Tami and Kevin Sawyer and their company, Starboard LLC, alleging the bank is owed more than $1 million from a real-estate development loan.
