ID theft allegations are part of clinic, CHC’s ‘continuing dispute’

The investigation into a criminal complaint filed by Bend Memorial Clinic against Cancer Care of the Cascades alleging identity theft and unauthorized viewing of patient records has been closed with no charges filed.
