When people get upset with plea bargains, it’s the kind of deal offered Jason Eugene Mayer they have in mind. Luckily, Circuit Court Judge Stephen Tiktin wasn’t required to live up to the deal, and he didn’t.
Mayer was charged with burglarizing a Redmond pizza....
