WARM SPRINGS — A snake slithered across the dirt trail in front of me. A lizard scurried under the heavy brush. Birds flapped their wings from tree to tree. Big bugs flew everywhere, one landing on my shoulder, another on my leg.
Walking the trail between Mecca Flat and Trout Creek....
